Amenities

The Webhannet ballroom was designed to host weddings with all of a couple’s needs in mind. The venue overlooks the Atlantic Pines Golf Course, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape and beautiful sunsets in the evenings. Other notable features include a full-service bar, fully accessible restrooms, air conditioning, a pre function space, easy parking and so much more. Since we only host one wedding per day, making your special day amazing is our top priority.

For couples dreaming of a destination wedding, our location is simply perfect. We are just two miles from the beach, allowing you and your guests to enjoy the beautiful coastline of Wells, Maine. Our proximity to the beach offers the best of both worlds, blending coastal charm with elegant comfort for a truly unforgettable wedding experience.

  • Event Coordination

    Our Wedding Planner supports couples throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the wedding, they coordinate with outside vendors and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly so that couples can relax and enjoy their special day with one another, their families and guests. You will also have a Banquet Captain that will be with you the day of until the end of your evening.

    Wells, Maine, is a quintessential coastal town that perfectly blends a relaxed New England atmosphere with easy access to some of the region's most stunning natural and social settings. From the town center, you're only a short drive away from various breathtaking beaches. Furthermore, being centrally located means that guests can easily travel from nearby cities like Portland, Maine, or even Boston, Massachusetts.

  • Atlantic Pines Golf Club and Osprey Pub

    Atlantic Pines Golf Club is an 18 hole championship golf course located in Wells, Maine. The club was designed by Brian Silva and built in 2008 as an homage to the golden age stylings of C.B. Macdonald and Seth Raynor.

  • Stage House Inn and Nealley House

    The Stage House Inn, our sister property, is located fourteen miles from Atlantic Pines in the quaint village of South Berwick. The inn offers 20 guest rooms, including 2 suites. The inn’s on-site restaurant, Dufour, is perfect for rehearsal dinners, luncheons and/or a sendoff brunch. The Nealley House, a 5-bedroom historic home adjacent to the inn, is also available for couples to reserve.

We have designed our Wedding Packages to be all-inclusive. We believe there should be no guess-work when it comes to budgeting for a wedding, that’s why our pricing has no hidden fees—ever.  Every Wedding Package includes: A Five Hour Reception, Catering, Onsite Event Planner, China, Flatware, Glassware, Tables and Chairs, Ivory Table Linens, Colored Napkin Options, Cake Cutting Service, Stationed Coffee and Tea, Bar Set-Up with Bartenders, Complimentary Food Tasting, and ALL taxes and gratuity.

  • Capacity

    We know weddings come in all shapes and sizes. Webhannet Ballroom can accommodate intimate gatherings as small as 50 guests and larger affairs up to 100 guests for wedding ceremony and receptions. For non-wedding events which do not require a dance floor and/or tables and chairs, the capacity is much greater. See FAQs.

  • Ceremonies

    The Wedding Garden is located on a secluded lawn with beautiful trees and foliage. Indoor ceremonies take place in the Ballroom.

  • Reception

    Wedding receptions begin with Cocktail Hour. Following Cocktail Hour, the Ballroom welcomes guests for dinner, dancing and other reception festivities.

  • Cuisine

    Each of our Wedding Packages include a variety of hors d’oeuvre, entree, and side options. All catering is done in house except for dessert which is provided by an outside baker. Couples can find our baker recommendations and other vendors We Love here.
